Pizza Hut

The food was good and tasty, but other than that, they get a thumbs down. Atmosphere was a little Shabby, but bathrooms definitely needed help, not enough TP. we had 2 squares, but they did rectify it after we told them. We ordered a big box meal that comes with 2 medium square pizzas, breadsticks and wings or pasta, and the menu stated $24.99, and we were charged $28.99. When I asked the manager "why we were charged a different price?" Manager stated sorry our prices aren't what states on menu... what the heck!! So when you order the prices are not what you think so please watch your receipts. Also, they charge you extra for crushed red pepper, parmesan, and any sauce to go with the wings. You don't even get 1 free. But TJ and Arnel had great customer service!

Absolutely amazing customer service, Amazing friendliness and professionalism!! The food always comes out perfectly hot and extremely tasty!! And the respect that we are given during the "Entire Process", is an extremely "rare thing", especially when it comes to a lot of restaurants, or fast food restaurants anywhere!! Pizza Hut in Williams, Arizona is absolutely without a doubt, a must have stop, on your list, visiting the Grand Canyon area!! Pizza was super greasy, we were DOUBLE CHARGED for the bundle we order. We had to order it over the phone because the app and website were messing up. They gave extreme attitude when the food was picked up. Usually they're really good but this once theyre horrible. They admitted to over charging but don't want to do anything about it.

Everything in this post os personal experience and opinion. 2 stars overall is where this place is at. I know how hard the main manager works her tail off. But she has to babysit the rest of the staff including her assistant manager. They have been having a hard time hiring reliable workers. However the nice gentleman driver is always polite and concise and on time. The cook does his job with excellence and the front staff could use a lot of training. When the main manager is not there the assistant manager shines through and the driver as always does an amazing job. The place is dysfunctional at best. It needs in my opinion better training, a remodel and a better treatment of their workers. As anyone who has had a Job there will openly tell you the work environment is stressful in the sense that both managers argue to the top of their lungs no one is payed for the title of work they do. I was supposedly hired, worked for 4 days and was told my hire never went through and they never tried to pay me because of a "system error" so it's just in my opinion not a great place to work. The food is okay. But there are times where I have witnessed the radical price changes and the less than desirable wait times. The main manager needs help and most importantly those workers need better training. The big issue is ownership and how they have lacked to take care of this from the beginning. Don't take my word as fact just go see for yourself.

We were traveling to Grand Canyon and on the way we decided to have dinner at Pizza hut. We ordered the dinner online and picked up our dinner in 30 minutes. When we reached Pizza hut we picked our dinner and decided to eat dinner at Pizza hut restaurant. For dinner we ordered Vegetarian Pizza, Margarita Chicken Pizza, Garlic Bread, Pasta and one large dinner box. The food was hot and delicious. We loved our dinner and it was freshly made and amazing. The best of the lot was Chicken Pizza with the buffalo sauce. Amazing pizza and everyone loved it.
